Wish List Looking for a high-impact donation? It is harder to get around in the winter months especially without a car. As the weather gets worse, walking to work can be difficult and so can pushing a stroller through the snow or on icy sidewalks. One of the nicest gifts our residents can receive for the holidays is a bus pass. Passes can be purchased online at www.indygo.net or you can make a donation by check (note – “bus passes” in the memo line) or online. Holiday gifting for the kids and moms at Craine House Putting up the tree, decorating the house, sharing the meaning of the holiday season and creating a happy holiday for each family is very important to the staff to maintain a homelike atmosphere. In consideration of current and future residents, the staff has asked that all gifts from groups and individuals be donated to the house. Suggested items are games, housewares, towels, puzzles, hygiene items, arts and craft supplies. All the women and children currently residing at Craine House will receive a personal gift from a community group such as Martin Luther King Community Center or Angel Tree.
