Castle App Copyright Policy and Takedown Procedure

FlixFox App ("we," "us," "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. You can expect FlixFox App to comply with applicable copyright laws, including as India does through the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and globally through the framework established by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We will comply with appropriate right using inferred copyright infringement if any. This page details the information needed to send a takedown notice and describes our counter-notification process.

1. Copyright Infringement Claim Filing

If you are the copyright owner, or an authorised agent thereof, and you believe that any material available on the FlixFox App service infringes upon your copyright, then we may require you to send us a take down notice.

You need to provide written notification that includes the elements listed below in order to be valid.

The physical or electronic signature of a person who is authorized to act for the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly violated.

And identification of the specific copyrighted work alleged to have been infringed. When more than one work is implicated, you can include an exemplary list.

The material you claim to be infringing on our Service, with enough information for us to locate it on the site (for example the URL).

Your name (first and last), mailing address, phone number and email address.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

An assertion that the information in your Notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Where to Submit Your Notice

If you would like to file a complete notice of copyright infringement via the form, enter your information in all of the fields and we will provide you an option to submit it with full documentation through each appropriate channel.

FlixFox App UsersUse our in-app service center for the fastest way to file you report. To submit your notice, you need to go to the Profile > Help Center in-app.

For Non-Users / Rights Holders: When you are using contact form or support channel that is provided in the official website of the FlixFox App where they distribute their application.

Note: Submitting an incomplete notice will likely delay or prevent the processing of your request.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

You have the right to send us a counter-notification if you believe that your content should not have been removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your written counter-notification must include:

Your physical or electronic signature.

What to type to get the original, and where it showed up before it was removed.

A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.

Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in India and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of infringing material.
